“Entanglement”
Hologram, Oil, Collage on Wood
Ganesha, the elephant-headed Hindu god of beginnings, who is traditionally worshipped before any major enterprise is the patron of intellectuals, bankers, scribes and authors. Ganesha is a remover of obstacles. A blue globe above the third eye generates an inward movement. Meditation marks criss cross in every direction activating the many parts of the physical. The body of this painting is contained in a sculptural solid shape. Within, there is movement in every direction. Perhaps the markings are a calculation of decision making which will allow it to unravel and move forward with clarity.
